    As a coach, she is transformative as well as supportive of the core of who you are. Her empathetic process of dialogue, which uncovers layers of understanding about the issues surrounding one’s situation, helped me in framing my situation for a more actionable decision. She employs metaphors, inspirations as much as objective analysis in this process. Her style throughout the transaction is warm, friendly, supportive and gently challenging. Her process and her style of engaging, brought me to confront some of the deepest aspects of my thinking which were holding me back. On the whole she facilitates a powerful experience, based on a proven and robust process, and delivered in her helpful, supportive but gently challenging style!!
