Kevin Godwin
Kevin’s career has spanned several different areas, including Telecommunications and Electronics design and engineering, teaching and lecturing in mathematics and technology, and heading up the Human Resources Division of an international Telecommunications and Electronics group of companies.
He then moved on to become a founding partner and director of a group of renewable energy companies that were established in the Midlands of Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa, employing over 100 people, producing biomass pellets for both the local and international markets.
His true passion, however, lies in the field of Business Consulting and Leadership Development enabling and encouraging people along their journey to realising their potential and finding true value in their work.
Over 20 years ago he was approached to coach the MD of Microsoft SA, and this is where his coaching journey began. He found coaching to be the most effective approach to enabling people to achieve their growth and development goals.
He’s gone on to coach executive teams and individuals in various organisations and industries, as well as young coachees starting out in their world of work within South Africa, the greater African continent and internationally, thanks to the fact that coaching works effectively both online and face to face.
Coaching isn’t about teaching, but rather about enabling learning, through curious enquiry, exploration, and discovery.
